Delete your EverLoad account
EverLoad (by EverLoad LLC) lets anyone with an EverLoad login ask for their account and data to be deleted.
How to ask
- In the app: open the menu (☰) → Account → Delete my account, then Send request. The request is recorded right away. A driver's or office login stops working at once.
- By email: write to hello@everload.app from the email address you sign in with, and include your company name.
We finish within 30 days. A fleet owner's request closes the whole fleet, so for owners we email first to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your login, name, email and phone number.
- Your push-notification token, your truck's location history and your crash reports.
- Your direct-deposit link to the fleet (your Stripe account itself is closed with Stripe).
- If you are the fleet owner: every login on your team and your company's account, including job notes, photos and settings.
What is kept
- Load tickets and invoices your fleet needs for billing and taxes stay with the fleet (or, if the whole fleet is closed, are kept only as long as the law requires — usually up to 7 years — and then deleted).
- Our own billing records of invoices sent to the fleet, and payout records the law requires us to keep.
