Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and EverLoad LLC ("EverLoad", "we") and govern your use of the EverLoad application and services. By using EverLoad, you agree to them.
1. License
We grant your fleet a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EverLoad to run your hauling operations. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.
2. Accounts and roles
Fleet owners are responsible for the users they add and the roles they assign. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the activity under your account.
3. Your data
You own your fleet's data (loads, tickets, jobs, settlement records). You grant us the right to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Fees and billing
EverLoad costs $1.00 per load. There are no per-user, per-truck or monthly minimum fees. New fleets get a 14-day free trial that starts with the first ticket they record. A load is each ticket your fleet records, except tickets marked Invalid, voided tickets, and tickets a partner fleet shares with you (those are billed to the fleet that hauled them).
On the 1st of each month we bill the previous month's loads through Stripe. If the fleet owner has turned on autopay on everload.app, the saved card or bank account is charged that day. Otherwise we email the invoice to the fleet owner (or the billing email they choose), due within 15 days, payable by card or bank transfer. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change. The app itself sells nothing; billing happens outside the app.
Late payments. If an invoice is still unpaid 7 days after its due date we send a reminder. If it is still unpaid 14 days after its due date, the fleet's account is paused: no new jobs or loads can be sent until it is paid. Tickets, records and the rest of your data stay available, and everything resumes as soon as the invoice is paid.
Cancelling and refunds. You can stop using EverLoad at any time, with no cancellation fee; your last invoice covers the loads recorded up to that day. Loads already recorded are not refunded, but we credit any billing mistake on our side. After you cancel you can still export your fleet's records for 90 days.
Driver pay (direct deposit). A fleet can pay its drivers through EverLoad. The fleet links a US bank account on Stripe's page and authorizes EverLoad, through Stripe, to debit it for each pay run (or to fund a driver-pay balance), plus the per-driver fee shown in the app before the fleet confirms. Drivers who are paid this way set up a Stripe account and agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Instant cash-outs, where offered, carry the fee shown before the driver confirms. Money moves through Stripe; EverLoad does not hold it. If a transfer to a driver fails after the fleet's debit clears, the fleet's money stays reserved for that driver until it is sent again or refunded.
5. SMS Terms (text messages)
Fleets can add drivers who get their loads by text instead of the app. A driver joins only by replying YES to EverLoad's invitation text, which the fleet sends after the driver agrees to it. EverLoad then texts that driver load offers and load updates from their fleet, and reads the replies and ticket photos the driver sends.
A fleet can also invite a customer's contact to a daily text about one job (yesterday's loads and a live link). That person gets one invitation and receives the daily text only after replying YES; about one message a day, Monday to Saturday. A fleet's customer may also text an order to EverLoad's number; EverLoad replies once to confirm it reached the fleet.
Message frequency varies with the loads you are sent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop receiving texts at any time; reply START to begin again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Questions: hello@everload.app. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number, and how drivers opt in.
6. QuickBooks Online integration
If you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize EverLoad to create invoices and related records in the company you connect, on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing the records created in QuickBooks. You can disconnect at any time. Use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit's own terms.
7. Acceptable use
Use EverLoad lawfully and only for your own hauling business. Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the service.
8. Disclaimers
EverLoad is provided "as is." OCR readings, analytics, and settlement figures are aids and should be verified against your source documents. We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverLoad is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using EverLoad at any time.
